Every Kai Care order is prepared with intention and care. Our packaging is designed to protect your products and preserve their quality from our studio to your doorstep. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but each order is still handled with the same level of attention and warmth.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Carrier calculated rates are used at checkout to provide the most accurate pricing based on your location, package weight, and preferred delivery speed. Available services may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and begin once the package has been scanned into their system.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders arrive within:
- 2–5 business days for standard shipping
- 1–3 business days for priority services
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Warm Weather Shipping
Body butters are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, packages may include additional insulation or be shipped using faster methods to help maintain product integrity. If your area is experiencing extreme temperatures, bringing your package indoors promptly is recommended.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply. Please double‑check your information at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. While Kai Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will always do our best to guide you through next steps with compassion.
