Why does the consistency of my product change in hot or cold weather?

 Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, the texture may shift in warm or cold weather. In cooler temperatures, the product may firm up. In warmer temperatures, the whipped texture may soften. These changes are normal and do not affect product quality.

What happens if my product arrives melted?

We cannot issue refunds for melted products. Please track your shipment and avoid leaving your package in a hot mailbox or direct sunlight for extended periods.

If your butter arrives softened or melted, don’t worry — it’s still completely safe to use. Simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to help it firm back up. The texture may not return to its original whipped appearance, but the product will perform just as beautifully.

Why do my products look slightly different from my last order?

 Each product is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are completely normal and part of the handmade experience.

Why does the scent or texture vary slightly between batches?

 Our formulas use natural ingredients, which may lead to subtle differences in scent or texture from batch to batch. These variations do not impact product performance.
