KAI CARE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Every Kai Care product is created with intention, warmth, and a commitment to quality. If your order arrives in a condition that doesn’t reflect the care we put into it, we’re here to support you with a smooth and comforting resolution.

When Refunds Are Available  
Refunds are offered only in situations where the product arrives in a compromised state. This includes:
- Items that arrive damaged  
- Items that arrive leaking  
- Items that are incorrect  

To help us take care of you quickly, please provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number. Once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available for opened, used, or non‑damaged items.

Exchanges  
Exchanges are available for:
- Damaged items  
- Leaking items  
- Incorrect items  
- Packaging defects  

We are unable to exchange items due to scent preference or opened products.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If a refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared after several business days, it may still be processing through your bank. Checking your account and then contacting your card issuer is often the quickest way to get clarity. If everything appears normal and the refund still hasn’t shown, reach out to us and we’ll look into it with care.
